What you're buying
What it is
The Elo plan is a digital, recurring subscription that unlocks Elo inside the Taskelo web app at taskelo.com. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Trial
Every new account gets full Elo access free for its first 14 days, starting automatically at sign-up. No card is required and nothing renews: when the trial ends, Elo locks until you subscribe. The rest of the workspace keeps working, and your data is untouched.
Price
$8.00 USD per month, charged to the card or wallet you add at Stripe checkout. Applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax is shown by Stripe before you confirm.
What you get
Access to Elo (chat, day planning, and overview insights), the daily brief, and the weekly review inside the Taskelo web app, with a daily fair-use cap of 1,000,000 input and output tokens per account. All other features (todos, notes, goals, schedule with optional Google Calendar mirror, files, cross-device sync) are free and don't require a subscription.
Delivery
Instant, fully online. As soon as Stripe confirms your payment, Elo is unlocked in the web app.
Renewal
Monthly auto-renewal on the same day each month, until you cancel. A failed charge pauses Elo until the payment method is fixed; the rest of the app keeps working.
Cancellation
Self-serve, any time. Open the account menu at the top right of the app, choose Plan and billing, then Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal. You keep access through the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Monthly billing isn't pro-rated for partial months. If your first charge was less than 7 days ago and you haven't used Elo, email hello@taskelo.com and we'll refund it in full. Statutory refund rights (for example under UK or EU consumer law) are not affected.
Who it's for
Individuals using Taskelo as a personal workspace. No team or enterprise tier yet: one subscription, one account, one person.

By subscribing you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. The Taskelo operator is the merchant of record.
